Workshops Scheduled For Manual J

ARLINGTON, VA — The Air Conditioning Contractors of America (ACCA) has added 11 more of its three-day “Instructor Certification Workshops” on the new eighth edition of Manual J™, the industry-standard residential load calculation procedure.

Workshops scheduled for the first half of 2003 will be held in Nashville, TN (Jan. 28-30); Portland, OR (Feb. 11-13); Fort Lauderdale, FL (Feb. 18-20); Dallas, TX (March 18-20); St. Louis, MO (March 25-27); Boston, MA (Apr. 1-3); Baltimore, MD (Apr. 15-17); Charlotte, NC (Apr. 22-24); Parsippany, NJ (May 6-8); Los Angeles, CA (May 27-29); and Columbus, OH (June 3-5).

According to ACCA, during the workshops, attendees will learn from ACCA technical manual author Hank Rutkowski. Workshops include one day of software training and demonstration. Attendees will be tested and certified as instructors in Manual J load calculation.
