Westburne Inc. (Montreal, PQ, Canada) purchased the assets of Lincoln Distribution from International Comfort Products Corp. (Canada). Also in this transaction, Westburne secured long-term distribution agreements for the province of Quebec for various products manufactured by International Comfort Products, including the Lincoln brand.

Gas Equipment Supplies (Vancouver, BC, Canada) acquired three western Canadian branches of ICP Supply. The branch offices are located in Winnipeg, MB, and Langley and Burnaby, BC. The branches will operate under the name of Hvac Supply (GES), a division of Gas Equipment Supplies Inc.
