Web Templates Sell Comfort

ST. LOUIS - Nordyne is offering new dealer Website templates. The templates were designed to help improve communication. The new online tool effectively supports Frigidaire, Maytag, Tappan, and Westinghouse dealers and contractors in selling comfort and energy savings to consumers. According to the company, they also make the entire heating and cooling purchase process easier for consumers, dealers, and distributors.

"Consumers are increasingly using the Internet to research HVAC products before making a purchase," said Carol Baker, marketing communications director for Nordyne. "With the dealer Web template, the consumer is immediately directed to the dealer which simplifies the purchase process and maintains brand consistency."

Distributors are able to provide their customers Websites that are quick, easy to maintain, and automatically updated when the main brand site is updated.

The templates were also designed to give dealers the ability to schedule promotions on the site that can automatically turn on and off based on scheduled dates given. The dealer doesn't have to worry about site maintenance or product updates for brand consistency. In addition, consumer leads from these sites are passed to the dealers via e-mails.

Dealers may purchase the templates through their distributors. The dealers then plug in their relevant information (i.e., maintenance agreements, warranties, etc.) and choose from a selection of pre-generated stories. Distributors can activate two menus to include rebates and financing on the dealers' sites. Online promotions can also be scheduled that will be automatically posted and removed.
