“We tried to keep the design and navigation simple and intuitive,” noted Andy Fracica, WaterFurnace director of marketing. “The main tabs on the home page are Products for your home, Solutions for your business, and Just for dealers - very straightforward. And we present the appeal of a WaterFurnace geothermal system - significant energy savings and low carbon footprint - with language and graphics that are easy to understand.”
An energy savings calculator and a consumer-friendly Geothermal Journal are among the site features for homeowners. The secure dealer portion of the site provides literature, tools, and training resources including complete information on the company’s GeoPro Master Dealer program.
According to Fracica, the company is also actively managing its Web presence through search engine optimization and search marketing programs that are attracting more visitors and generating more leads for dealers than ever before.
