Victaulic Releases Podcast Series

EASTON, Pa. - CompressedSchedule.com, an industry portal sponsored by Victaulic Co.™, has released a podcast series focusing on the topic of jobsite safety and the best ways to implement health and safety programs. The new podcasts feature experts in safety management, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) compliance, and safety programs.

One podcast features Rusty Gravitt, president of Gainesville Mechanical Inc., Atlanta, as he explains how he has achieved a zero chargeable accidents safety record since 1994. Through careful product selections and the implementation of a thorough safety and training program, Gravitt describes how he works toward achieving the safest jobsite possible.

Another podcast on the safety topic features Cindy DePrater, director of safety at Turner Construction. She speaks about Turner’s stringent safety policies and offers effective ways for other companies to implement the same practices.

CompressedSchedule.com addresses the common safety issues that owners and contractors are facing. Inadequate safety practices can lead to lost-time injuries and citations that shut down a jobsite, making safety a major factor in on-time project completion.
