The board of directors of Ameren Corp.(St. Louis, MO) has declared a quarterly dividend on its common stock of 63.5 cents per share. The common share dividend is payable September 29 to stockholders of record September 11.

Conectiv(Wilmington, DE) reports that it has sold a portion of its Conectiv Services unit to UGI Corp. (Valley Forge, PA), another utility. The sale involves the commercial and residential hvac services units located in southeastern Pennsylvania and northern Delaware. Terms of the sale were not disclosed. Conectiv expects to finalize the sale of the remainder of the Services Division of Conectiv Services, which is located in southern Delaware, Maryland, and New Jersey, before the end of the year.
