NORCROSS, Ga. — Uni-Temp Refrigeration has announced its purchase of the Filbert Corp., a Florida-based refrigeration contracting company. The new company will be called Filbert Refrigeration, LLC, and will be a wholly owned subsidiary of Uni-Temp.

In an exclusive agreement between Uni-Temp and Vilter Manufacturing, Filbert will remain the only authorized Vilter distributor in Florida. Filbert will become the second “Full-Service Contracting Center” under Uni-Temp ownership.
