NEW YORK - Sensata Technologies is showing off a new beverage dispenser sensor application and a new line of sensing and power-protection products from its recent acquisition of Airpax.

The beverage dispenser pressure sensor is a miniaturized version of the core Sensata sensing element (height profile 20 percent of original sensor product). It measures the syrup/water ratio in fountain drink dispensers. The beverage sensor marks the company's entrance into the restaurant services market.

Airpax, a manufacturer of components and systems for power protection, sensing, and control applications, was recently acquired by Sensata and has expanded the company's product line.
