Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2008: Laars Introduces Boiler/Volume Water Heater



NEW YORK - With sizes from 500 to 2,000 MBH, the Mighty Therm2 line from Laars offers seven models applicable for hydronic systems, volume water heat applications, and as commercial-sized pool heaters. According to the company, the value-priced, fan-assisted, low-NOx unit is ideal for either new construction or replacement. The system is available for use with natural gas or liquid propane fuels. 

The boiler/volume water heater also offers two-stage firing, stainless steel burners, and hot-surface ignition. The system is shipped with flow switch, temperature pressure gauge, mounted and wired pump, multiple gas valve and pressure regulators, intake air filter, air pressure switch, burner sight glass, and pump time delay.
