The summer cooling season has arrived in Illinois and those in areas affected by the April 16 to May 5 storms may be eligible for repair or replacement of HVAC systems if they were damaged or destroyed by flooding and were not covered by insurance, according to a Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) press release.
