The Fredericktown R-I School District in Fredericktown, Mo., is implementing $3.4 million in facility enhancements designed to improve operations, comfort, and efficiency in its high school building. The work will be completed as a performance contract and it is estimated it will reduce utility costs by $30,000 annually.

Hudson Technologies Inc. opened a new 60,000-square-foot warehouse and reclamation facility in Champaign, Ill. The new facility complements Hudson’s existing 50,000-square-foot facility and will increase the company’s production capacity and processing efficiency for the reclamation of refrigerants.

Worthington Industries Inc. announced that it has purchased the assets related to the business of Piper Metal Forming Corp., U.S. Respiratory Inc., and Pacific Cylinders Inc. These assets will be included in Worthington’s Pressure Cylinders business segment.

Honeywell announced that the city of Dayton, Ohio, has awarded the company a $3.2-million energy conservation and building modernization program that will decrease utility expenses and greenhouse gas emissions at the targeted facilities by more than 30 percent.
