The Ultra-Aire™ 70H whole-house dehumidifier is R-410A-compliant and features 5.1 A of energy usage. With 70 pints of water removal capacity and a high-volume motorized impeller, the dehumidifier is designed for areas up to 1,800 square feet. Optional fresh outdoor air may be ducted to the unit, providing fresh air to dilute pollutants and maintain optimum oxygen content in the home. The amount of fresh-air ventilation can be regulated by a variety of dampers and controls. The unit also includes MERV 11 air filtration to improve IAQ. The unit features enhanced insulation and vibration damping, suppressing noise levels. According to the manufacturer, the cabinet improvements allow dual-side filter access, as well as a unique design that allows conversion from flow-through to vertical ducting in seconds.
