The Ultra-Aire XT150H is a ventilating dehumidifier designed to deliver the three key components of healthy indoor air: humidity control, fresh air ventilation, and particulate filtration. The XT (Extreme Technology) dehumidifier delivers 150 pints per day at standard conditions (80°F, 60 percent rh), using 6.9 A, equating to 7.9 pints per kilowatt-hour with an Energy Factor of 3.74. It will effectively dehumidify down to 56°. Optional fresh outdoor air may be ducted to the unit via a 6-inch round duct, providing fresh air to dilute pollutants and maintain high oxygen content in the air. The amount of fresh air can be regulated by a variety of dampers and controls. To improve IAQ, the unit includes air filtration. A MERV 11 media filter is standard. A separate optional filter housing, which provides additional filtration up to MERV 14 efficiency, is available. It is equipped with R-410A.
