  • RSD Total Control (Lake Forest, CA), a distributor of heating, air conditioning, and controls parts in the western U.S., signed an agreement to resell FieldCentrix (Irvine, CA) Enterprise dispatch and mobile software under the FX CentralTM application service provider (ASP) program. FieldCentrix provides wireless, Internet-based software for field service. RSD Total Control has 49 offices throughout the U.S. FieldCentrix Enterprise software uses wireless communications, handheld computers, and the Internet to automate processes associated with field service operations such as communication between the field technician and the office, receipt of work assignments, completion of work orders and making information ready for invoice and payroll.
