MoreLOUISVILLE, Colo. - StrionAir announced that Robert Ractliffe has joined the company as the chairman of the board of directors. Ractliffe will be responsible for working closely with StrionAir's investors and management team, while helping to set short- and long-term strategic direction.

During the past 40 years, Ractliffe has held the positions of chairman, president, and CEO of Nordyne Inc.; president and CEO of Ply Gem Industries; and most recently executive vice president and COO of Nortek Inc., the parent company of Nordyne and Ply Gem. Ractliffe has also served as chairman of the board of the Air-Conditioning and Refrigeration Institute (ARI) and the Gas Appliance Manufacturers Association (GAMA).
