LEAWOOD, Kan. - Lynxspring Inc. and C2 Facility Solutions, Louisville, Ky., announced a marketing and development collaboration to combine JENEsys™, Lynxspring's Internet control product suite, with FacilityOne®, C2's management and services software. The combined product provides Web-based asset management and maintenance services with real-time data on building automation equipment. It monitors equipment controlled with products from leading building automation companies.

The JENEsys/FacilityOne product sets a new standard for Web-based facilities management. Real-time data, maintenance management, and cost budgeting can be applied to all assets from a single facility to a wide area network of facilities. The target users for the integrated products include hospitals, universities, school districts, military bases, and national retail accounts.

"Combining JENEsys with C2's FacilityOne solution provides building owners and property managers with state-of-the-art tools that simplify asset management," said Dale Cain, CEO of C2 Facility Solutions. "We now provide a low entry-cost, Web-based solution that tracks and monitors a plethora of building equipment."

"Our combined solution supports Web access, open building protocols, interface into ERP and SQL-based IT systems, and provides real time diagnostics on an M2M [Machine to Machine] basis," said Terry Swope, president of Lynxspring. "And because it is Web-based and service-based, building owners are not required to purchase a thick client software package."
