This integrated IAQ sensor system automatically measures indoor air quality, controls the outdoor air intake, and adjusts the hvac system accordingly, the company says. It consists of the IAQ sensor, Smart II building room controller, and magnetic valves. Functioning with a sensing element and a signal conditioning circuit, the sensor responds to the aggregate effect of pollutants in the air. The system minimizes the frequency of adjustments, stabilizing air quality while reducing energy waste, says the company.
