SpacePak has introduced PurePak, a patented electronic air filtration system that helps to protect individuals from airborne allergens, bacteria, molds, pollen, smoke, fine dust particles, and VOCs, the company says. PurePak uses a carbon core filtration media system that absorbs odors and also conducts an electrical charge that creates a polarizing field. The combination of electrostatic polarization and activated carbon is 97 percent effective at capturing contaminants down to 0.3 microns, says the company.
