The Solar Star® line of solar-powered attic ventilation products has been redesigned and expanded. The ventilator provides 1,200 square feet of circulation. Its ventilator exchanges air at a rate of up to 800 cfm. The expanded product line now includes the Low Profile Roof Mount Vent, the High Profile Mount Vent, and the Pitched Roof Mount Vent, as well as the Gable Fan and the Add-on Panel. The manufacturer states that Solar Star reduces heat buildup, helps prevents ice damming, and helps reduce moisture and mold in homes.
