The 16 founding members, from Alaska Sheet Metal, Anchorage Sheet Metal Fabricators, Heat Systems, Ingersoll Sheet Metal, MacDonald Miller, Noble Mechanical, Norcoast Mechanical, Refrigeration and Food Equipment, Schmolck Mechanical Contractors, Service One Heating and Cooling, Valdez Metal Workers, and Western Sheet Metal, perform work in hvac, industrial and custom fabricating, and manufacturing.
The approval of the Alaska chapter, which will represent sheet metal contractors in southern Alaska, brings the total number of SMACNA chapters to 103.
