Siemens Appoints New President and CEO
BUFFALO GROVE, IL — Stan Kunka has been appointed as the new president and ceo of Siemens Building Technologies (SBT), Inc. Kunka succeeds Tom Malott, who retired after serving as the company’s interim president and ceo since November of last year.
In the new position, Kunka will be responsible for all of SBT’s business operations and activities in the United States. In 1998, Kunka served as president and ceo of Siemens Electromechanical Components Inc. He has also served as senior vice president for the Industrial Products Division and as vice president for several Siemens Energy & Automation electrical power distribution and control businesses.
