DOWNERS GROVE, IL — ServiceMaster announced that it has sold Diversified Health Services (DHS), which manages long-term care facilities, to the Forest Hill Group, a company owned and operated by a group of senior managers of DHS.

The business will operate under the name of In-Site Healthcare.

Other services by ServiceMaster are provided through a network of over 5,800 company-owned and franchised service centers and business units, operating under brands including TruGreen-ChemLawn, ARS/Rescue Rooter, Terminix, and Merry Maids.
