The MLH and MLT dataloggers monitor temperature and humidity to provide an accurate means of tracking environmental conditions to optimize food safety and quality, the company says. Designed for various applications throughout the food cold chain including transport, refrigeration, and maintenance, the dataloggers feature Windows® software in a compact, handheld case and a five-year battery for long service life, says the company. The MLH dual-sensor unit provides simultaneous reading of temperature and humidity. The MLT provides temperature monitoring.
