Schwank Heaters: Radiant Tube Heater

The STS-JZ commercial/industrial infrared radiant tube heater offers eight firing rates from 45,000 to 200,000 Btuh and lengths from 10 to 70 feet. It distributes heat uniformly due to the webbed hanger plates that promote free passage of entrapped convection heat and a resultant higher tube temperature along the entire length of the tube system, the manufacturer says. It has a swaged tube locking system and offers a reflector-covered, modular 90-degree elbow kit that can be joined to another of these elbow kits to create a 180-degree bend. Other features include a factory-installed igniter, electrical cord with plug, and operating status lights. The STS-JZ is the successor to the STSp infrared radiant tube heater line.
