School Credits Become Flexible

ROCKVILLE, Md. - The Mechanical Service Contractors Association (MSCA) is endeavoring to provide employment opportunities to students from the top HVACR programs in the country. The MSCA and their partners, the United Association (UA) and the Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA), have decided to use HVAC Excellence programmatic accreditation as their benchmark for identifying quality programs.

Through this new program, persons who graduate from an HVAC Excellence accredited program may receive credit and transfer their credits from their school into an MSCA-approved apprenticeship program. Graduates of HVAC Excellence-accredited programs are also eligible to work with over 21,000 affiliated employer partners of the MSCA, MCAA, and UA.
