The CSX Series of compact starter modules provides cost-effective motor soft start, bypass, and soft stop functions, the company states. The CSX Voltage Ramp controls starting and stopping control with three simple adjustments for initial start voltage, start ramp time, and soft ramp start time. The controllers in the series will accommodate a power range of 18 to 200 A and 200 to 575 VAC. The controllers are available in three frame sizes and 11 models. They can be fitted with serial Modbus RTU, Profibus, or DeviceNet.
