Hansen, a supplier of shut-off and control valves, auto-purgers, and hermetic pumps to the commercial refrigeration industry, will be reported in Roper’s Industrial Controls segment.

With approximately $29 million in trailing 12-month revenues, Hansen was acquired for approximately $35 million in net cash, six times its expected first-year EBITDA (earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization).
