RANDLEMAN, N.C. - The Replacement Parts Department of the Rheem Air Conditioning Division opened a new 180,000 square feet Parts Distribution Center (PDC) Sept. 8. The new PDC location was chosen based on its 85 percent distributor proximity, transportation corridors, and developing Federal Express Hub. Rheem Replacement Parts Department offers wholesale distributors Protech HVAC parts and supplies for resale, shipping approximately 15,000 items a day.

This new facility will address the annual double-digit HVAC replacement parts growth rates, relying on customer satisfaction, inventory reliability, special order delivery, and quality standards. Approximately 30 new jobs have been created in Randleman, and it is estimated that more than $700,000 will be infused to the local community in shipping supplies alone.
