The MAPS® III Modular Air Processing Systems line can cool, heat, dehumidify, and filter outside air for a wide range of applications, such as condominiums, retail shops, restaurants, and movie theatres. According to the manufacturer, due to the large variety of possible product configurations, specifying one of these systems is based on a building block approach and begins with choosing a model type and size. The unit is configured by adding available factory- and field-installed options. The various models are 100 percent outside air packaged cooling systems; some are dehumidification reheat refrigerant systems, and some also have gas or electric heating. Options include blower system, cabinet, and control choices.
