A Smoke-Bottle is ideal for the required periodic checks of negative pressure for hospital isolation rooms, states the manufacturer. Each bottle contains a glass ampul containing titanium tetrachloride in a protective plastic shield. To activate the Smoke-Bottle, the user breaks the ampul in the bottle. The bottle will release a dense, white smoke when squeezed. Each bottle can be used for the next 24 hours or more after the ampul has been broken.
