Racing Program Benefits Customers and Rheem/Ruud Contractors

FORT SMITH, Ark. - Rheem Manufacturing Co., Heating and Cooling Division, and Ruud Heating & Cooling introduced their 2007 spring contractor sales promotions, offering a menu of business-building choices and the chance to win an all-expense-paid trip for two to a 2007 NASCAR “Chase for the Cup” championship race. Additionally, Rheem and Ruud will continue to offer KwikComfort™ financing and their recently enhanced Protection Plus® extended warranty coverage as an additional incentive to homeowners. The promotion began on April 15 and runs through July 15.

Contractors who finance sales through KwikComfort Financing and purchase Protection Plus extended service agreements will receive Rheem/Rudd Racing rewards based on the premium and sales level they reach. The sale of five transactions through KwikComfort or the purchase of five Protection Plus extended service plans will result in a level one premium; 20 sales equals a level two premium. Contractors who reach the level three premium, with at least 40 sales, will receive an officially licensed NASCAR 1:24 scale limited edition No. 29 die-cast collectible, autographed by 2007 Daytona 500 Champion, Kevin Harvick. They will also be awarded one entry into the Aug. 1 “Chase for the Cup” all-expenses paid weekend grand prize drawing for every five KwikComfort contracts funded or Protection Plus agreements purchased.
