PowerCold Awarded New National Accounts
LARGO, Fla. - PowerCold Corp. announced that its wholly owned subsidiary PowerCold ComfortAir Solutions Inc. (PCS) has been awarded several new national retail store and restaurant chain contracts that the company said will generate more than $2 million in revenue. PCS is redesigning new HVAC systems for several national restaurant chain accounts including Chick-Fil-A, Popeye's Chicken, and Bob O'Grady's. Earlier this month, a Burger King corporate restaurant in Orlando, Fla., was retrofitted with the PowerCold Model 1000 desiccant latent air conditioner system. Burger King and PCS personnel are monitoring the system and conducting year-to-year comparisons on the restaurant's monthly power bills.
PCS also announced that the company recently signed an agreement with First Energy Group LLC (Old Bridge, N.J.) to jointly promote their environmental products to both First Energy customers and PCS customers.
