The insert contained information on the company's condensing units and heat pumps, a breakdown concerning its new Ultra Series, plus featured a page on its value line and another on consumer programs.

Since contractors will be contractors - in other words, everyone has an opinion - even The NEWS' Contractor Consultants saw ways the product could have drawn in more interest.

But overall, Donnici thought, "It had some good product info."
