Matthew is the son of Scott and Diana Cicciarelli of the Pipco Companies Ltd., a member of the Central Illinois Chapter of SMACNA.

Matthew graduated from Peoria Notre Dame and will study mechanical engineering at Bradley University in Peoria. Among his scholastic honors, he is a member of the National Honor Society, Latin Club, and Teen Encounter Christ group.

SMACNA College of Fellows Scholarships are open to freshman and/or undergraduate college students whose parents are employed by SMACNA members. Criteria for selection include academic goals, academic achievement and involvement in extracurricular and community activities.
