  • ServiceMaster (Downers Grove, IL) announced that its board of directors elected Jonathan P. Ward as president and ceo effective February 12. He was also appointed to the board and executive committee. William Pollard, Ward's predecessor, will continue to serve as chairman of the board and the executive committee.
  • Gary Wenzel has accepted the position of Aftermarket Parts marketing manager for The Trane Company (La Crosse, WI).

  • Henry Technologies (Melrose Park, IL) appointed John Piasecki to the position of marketing manager.
  • Sealed Unit Parts Co., Inc. (SUPCO, Allenwood, NJ) restructured its sales and marketing management team. Joseph Natoli has been promoted to vice president of sales and Gary Lampasona has been promoted to vice president of marketing.
  • PermitsNOW, Inc., (Rockville, MD) business-to-government permit processing company, appointed Dr. C. Vernon Gray, Howard County (MD) Councilman and past president of the National Association of Counties (NACO) to its board of advisors, which is composed of business, association, and government leaders to provide ongoing strategic counsel and market guidance for the company.
  • Nicholas Korn, and Shiloh Edmondson have joined Excellence Alliance Inc. (Cincinnati, OH) as marketing manager and communications manager, respectively.
  • John A. Hanna has been appointed executive vice president and cfo for North America for Rexel Canada Inc. (Montreal, PQ, Canada), an integrated logistic and distribution company for hvacr and other industries' supplies.
  • George J. King Jr. has been named safety director for the Western Washington Sheet Metal JATC, where he will provide safety- and health-related training and consultation to union sheet metal apprentices, journeymen, and contractors throughout the state of Washington.
  • Dan Whitezell has been appointed vice president, marketing and sales for Spirotherm, Inc. (Glendale Heights, IL).
  • Cavagna North America, Inc. (Branchburg, NJ) has named David S. Ellis as product manager, industrial and refrigerant gas equipment.
  • EggSystems (Minneapolis, MN), a global provider of device networking and building application technologies, has appointed Michael Crowe to group ceo, while retaining the title of president, U.S. operations.
  • Seth Mikle and Diana Mondo have joined Bestroute.com (De Witt, NY) as inside sales representatives.
