Dulaney
Siemens Building Technologies Inc. (Buffalo Grove, Ill.) has named Daryl Dulaney as chief operating officer and will serve in this capacity until Dec. 31, when he replaces Stan Kunka as president and CEO of the company.



Richard (Rick) C. Hepperla has been named senior vice president and general manager of Low-Voltage Drives at ABB Inc., Automation Technologies (New Berlin, Wis.)



Bessette
The National Association of Oil Heating Service Managers (NAOHSM) elected new officers at its annual in Hartford, Conn. The new president is David Bessette. The elected vice presidents are: John Wilcox, John Griffin, James Falconi, and Dorsey Finn Jr. The treasurer is Michael Szentesy, and the secretary George McQueeney.



Matthis
Air Comfort Corp. (Broadview, Ill.) has awarded the Quality Improvement Process award for the second quarter of 2004 to executive assistant Melissa Matthis.
