John B. Dodge is retiring from the board of Burnham Corp. (Lancaster, PA). He will be named chairman emeritus and will continue to act in an advisory capacity to the board. Albert Morrison III will take over the chairmanship, as well as continuing to be president and ceo. Donald E. Sweigart will be the executive vice president and chief operating officer. These changes will take affect at the close of the company’s annual meeting, scheduled for April 29, 2002.

A.O. Smith Electrical Products Co. (Milwaukee, WI) has appointed Fred Davidson as vice president-information technology.
Nordyne (O’Fallon, MO) has named Wise S. Johnson as the regional sales manager for Florida and Georgia, and Don L. Spaulding Sr. as the regional sales manager for Texas. Both are responsible for all Westinghouse, Frigidaire, Tappan, Philco, Kelvinator, and Gibson hvac product lines.
Rob Clark has been promoted to manager - GRD Engineering for Selkirk, Inc. (Dallas, TX).
