Hunsinger Retires From Nordyne

O’FALLON, MO — After 45 years of service to Nordyne, communications manager Harold Hunsinger officially retired from the company on January 5.

Hunsinger, who joined the company in 1956 when it was known as International Oil Burner, was initially hired as a technical writer in Engineering. He worked with company president Sid Heiman in sales and marketing for the company’s hot water electric heat products, established an in-plant advertising and print production facility, and worked as corporate office manager with res-ponsibility for all secretarial employees, office services, and building maintenance. Hunsinger will continue to work for Nordyne as a communications consultant when needed.
