Manny Toro has been promoted to special projects division manager at S.I. Goldman Company, Inc./ Comfort Systems USA (Longwood, FL).

Donald R. Garside has been named as Climate Design Systems’ (Haverhill, MA) commercial accounts manager. He is responsible for addressing the needs of commercial service contract customers.

Heat Pipe Technology, Inc. (Gainesville, FL) has appointed Russ Brockman as Western sales manager and Frank Suranyi as vice president of marketing.

Excelergy Corp. (Lexington, MA) has hired 10 people for various positions in the company. They are:
- Jennifer Fellows, director of strategic marketing;
- Joe Cauteruccio, director of business development;
- Jerry Wittman, account executive;
- Susan Pinns, channels executive;
- Chuck Lynch, solutions architect;
- Steve Alienello, project manager for Energy Trading product division;
- Lulu Fernandez, quality assurance engineer for Energy Trading product division;
- Amy Cummins, systems support specialist for the Advanced Business Package product division;
- Rob Broderick, account manager for the client services department; and
- Michaela Sharpe, project manager for the client services department.
