The Pinnacle oil boiler is a high-efficiency, direct-vent, sealed combustion condensing boiler. It is 93 percent-plus efficient for low-temperature applications and is Energy Star®-rated. Equipped with a Beckett AFG burner fueled with standard commercial-grade No. 2 fuel oil, the boiler operates at two firing rates with inputs of 70,000 and 84,000 Btuh, respectively. Control features include multiple temperature set points for both heating and domestic hot water. With the addition of an outdoor sensor, the boiler is fully capable of outdoor reset operation. Standard equipment includes an LCD for viewing test and diagnostic functions, pressure-temperature gauge, 30-psi safety relief valve, reversible swing door, and top access to burner and internal components. An insulated acoustic shroud and boiler jacket promote quiet operation and reduce heat loss. The boiler is certified for zero clearance to combustibles. Optional equipment includes a control upgrade with multiple pump relays, alarm contacts, and additional relays to support multiple boiler functions. Also available are kits for both vertical and horizontal venting and accessories to increase vent lengths.
