The direct-vent, sealed combustion boiler has an ultra-high 95.85 percent efficiency. A fully modulating burner with 3 to 1 flame modulation ensures dependable operation and maximizes boiler efficiency. Boiler features include a unique condensate system with float switch protection and built-in neutralizer, a high-grade stainless steel burner and heat exchanger, and 120-V convenience outlet. Zero clearance to combustibles, easy access to controls, and leveling legs are standard features that allow for ease of installation and maintenance. The boiler is equipped with a state-of-the-art control board that has built-in technology for domestic hot-water priority and an energy-saving heat recovery function that improves hot water performance and reduces off cycle losses.
