Combo Heads ... Superheat + Subcooling

Nothing like getting straight to the point in the headline. Mike Moriarty, marketing, Field Instruments, wouldn’t have it any other way. “It’s in every ad we do,” said Moriarty. “It may not be spelled out, but it is there. Short, sweet, and to the point.”

The goal was to introduce Fieldpiece’s superheat and subcooling instruments: the ASX14 for air conditioning, and the ASX24 for refrigeration. It also introduced the pipe clamp designed exclusively for such testing, the ATC1. In Moriarty’s estimation, these instruments solve a lot of problems HVACR technicians have regarding the new requirements brought on by higher-efficiency air conditioners and refrigeration systems. “Our ads are like our instruments,” he said. “We design them to make life easier for our customers, the HVACR technicians and contractors.”
