Two One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning contractors from the Midwest recently won regional awards as being the best HVAC contractors in their respective communities.

McCarthy’s One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Omaha, Neb., won the Best of Omaha award for Best Heating & Air Company for the second year in a row. More than 15,000 individual votes were cast via the Web, Omaha magazine, and KMTV-3.

“The Best of Omaha award has become a true mark of excellence in the Omaha community, so it is with great honor that we accept this recognition for the second straight year,” said owner John McCarthy Jr. “This mark is a true testament to our relentless pursuit of 100 percent client satisfaction.”

Bauer & Son One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Medina, Ohio, was voted the Best Heating and Cooling Company in Medina County for 2007. The award is based on votes cast by readers of the community newspaper. Also, for the second year in a row, Bauer & Son One Hour received the Division of Safety and Hygiene Award from the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation for 100 percent outstanding safety performance with no lost hours in 2007.

“We just do it the One Hour way, by providing the best service at a great value,” said Mark Geschke, owner.
