ROCKVILLE, Md. - The Mechanical Contractors Association of America (MCAA) has released its newly revised Labor Estimating Manual (LEM). According to the association, the LEM puts current, accurate, and comprehensive labor units per project task available at an estimator's fingertips.

The manual is available in three formats: paper, CD-ROM, or online. Each version is offered as a leased item and requires a lease agreement and payment of an annual maintenance fee.
