The Culpepper branch is a part of Noland's Fredericksburg, Va., complex of locations. Complex Manager Craig Mills said the move offers customers several benefits. "Our new Culpepper branch provides our customers with newer and improved facilities plus better access to our location so that we can serve them best," said Mills.

The new branch replaces the previous branch located at 15358 Brandy Road in Culpeper and is said to be easily accessible from the Route 29 bypass.

"This move is an example of our commitment to providing our customers with a competitive advantage through quality products and superior value-added services," said Jean Preston, Noland's chief operating officer.

The Culpeper branch operates with a current staff of three.

Noland Company, headquartered in Newport News, Va., has 20 locations in Virginia and 107 throughout the southeastern United States. Noland is a wholly owned subsidiary of WinWholesale Inc., a privately held, Dayton, Ohio-headquartered company.
