The Rayes Boiler has a burner positioned at the top front of the boiler. It begins to heat the pipes connected to the boiler above without having to wait until the water temperature below reaches 212°F. Whatever heat was forced down within the boiler tubes to warm up the water below, will rise back up within the water to reheat the system above. The patented three-pass downdraft process heats the water within the boiler quickly and produces steam within three to five minutes. The boiler has a low CO emission of 9 ppm. According to the manufacturer, the boiler produces zero condensation and less pollution, while saving people lots of money on their gas bill every month.
