Nordyne Teams Up With HVACChannel.tv

ATLANTA — Thirty-two distributors and distributor salespeople from across the United States participated in a Nordyne Elite Training (NET) refresher course for Maytag HVAC distributors and their sales staffs live over the Internet using standard dial-up modems.

The 45-minute broadcast was led by Jim Hinshaw, NET trainer for Maytag HVAC.

“This is the first time that we’ve been able to bring together over 32 people simultaneously from across the United States to share in a learning process cost effectively,” said Joe Brandt, Nordyne national sales manager.

“Participants had incredible flexibility,” said Ruth King, HVACChannel.tv manager. “They watched the programs live, called in or e-mailed in with questions, and now can review the program at their leisure in the archives. In addition, for the sales associates who missed the live program they can watch it later, even at 3 a.m. We’re excited to work with Nordyne, and we look forward to helping more of their distributors and dealers use this very cost-effective and convenient medium for learning.”

For more information, contact Joe Brandt at 636-561-7536 or Ruth King at 770-729-1004.
