The M3 high-efficiency gas furnace has a standard footprint, thereby offering a new solution to the “size vs. efficiency” issue in heating manufactured houses, says the company. This 90%-AFUE condensing downflow furnace is available in 60,000- and 80,000-Btuh heating capacities. The furnace has both vertical and horizontal venting options, a multispeed direct-drive blower, and a hot surface igniter. The furnace is certified by ETL for use in Canada and the United States. According to the manufacturer, the M3 offers clean and quiet operation and is 100% fired and tested on the manufacturing line.
