New Wind Power Plant For Oklahoma
A new wind power plant went on-line in Woodward, Okla. The Oklahoma WindEnergy Center is currently providing half of its power to Oklahoma Gas and Electric and half to the Oklahoma Municipal Power Authority. GE Wind Energy manufactured the 68 1.5-megawatt turbines used.
