New Orleans To Host QSC Meeting

NEW ORLEANS — Quality Service Contractors (QSC), an enhanced service group of the Plumbing-Heating-Cooling Contractors National Association (PHCC), will hold its “Power Meeting XVIII” in New Orleans, Feb. 20-22, 2003.
